Beauty products all natural, vegan, organic

Once again, it's been a while since I wrote here. A big change has happened for me. First off, I got involved with young living essential oils. That was a few months ago, then, I started making my own beauty products with the essential oils!! Who would have ever thought that I would do that??? 

Well, a few days ago, maybe a week (??) I opened an Etsy shop!! I'm so excited I can't stand it! I've been selling my products locally, and I thought, why not? So far I have 5 sales through my Etsy store, and I can't wait for more! If anyone is interested in all natural, organic, vegan beauty products, please message me! I will make just about any kind of cream/lotion that you could imagine. I also make all sorts of bath salts, sugar scrubs and lip balms!

A great morning!

For those of you who know my 10 year old daughter, you know she can be more than unreasonable at times. For those that don't know her, let me explain. She's Bipolar. Nuff said.

 Well most mornings are pretty ugly waking her up for school, which makes for an unpleasant day. I try not to let the mornings set my mood for the whole day, but that has proven difficult to say the least. It's hard to not let yelling and screaming first thing in your day to not affect you.

Anyway, today started out like all the rest, but then out of nowhere it took a turn for the better. For some unknown reason my daughter decided to go ahead and get dressed and ready for school. Her mood completely changed and she was light and joking around by the time she came downstairs. Hubby and I praised her and told her how nice it was. What did we get in return? "I'm still in a crappy mood, I don't know what you're so happy about."

Ha!! Well, she can be in a crappy mood all she likes as long as it looks like it did this morning!!. I guess we're just not allowed to "win".

Little things

Sometimes it's the little things in life that make you the happiest. I realized this past weekend was the bomb!! My oldest daughter went on an overnight trip with my husband out of town, so my youngest daughter and I had "girl" time. We had our nails done, got hair cuts, then massages. It was freakin fabulous!! 

It's not like we went to some fancy spa or spent a million bucks, but we really had an amazing time together. So, sometimes it's the little things that are really the biggest.

Being Thankful

I have realized I have very much to be thankful for. I came to this realization when I thought about my complaints in life. Most, if not all of my complaints have to do with me.

 I am completely loved by my children and my husband, and I honestly couldn't ask for more than that.

High Temps

Good afternoon!
Today is such a beautiful day here in Boston. It's been freezing cold with snow storm after storm, but not today! Today is in the 50's and everyone is running around dressed like it's summer outside. how wonderful! I Wonder what the temps are like elsewhere?

TESTED

I'm already being tested.
Maybe it's just my day to day life, or my negative attitude, but my neighbor is making it VERY hard to be positive! LOL 
I Know, blame it on the neighbor, but honestly... My neighbor hates me and has just started a war.
I guess the way to stay positive is to not join the war, but that is sooooo out of character for me.
right now I'm thinking of www.mailpoop.com, or something along those lines.
NO!! I won't do it, but I can think it. Right???

I guess at this point I need some self adjustment. Something to get my mind off of the topic. I have a million and one things I could be doing right now. SHOULD be doing right now, so I will leave it with this...
